Hail stones on asphalt shingles after a storm

Why it matters

Hail damage hides. Then it leaks.

Hail damage is easy to miss from the driveway. A shingle can look fine and still have a cracked mat, bruised backing, or a broken seal strip that lets wind peel it up next spring.

Left alone, that damage turns into leaks, rotten decking, and mold, and the longer you wait, the harder it is to tie the damage to a specific storm.

Our free inspection covers the whole system: shingles, ridge, flashing, vents, gutters, and soft metals. You get the photos and a straight answer, damage or not.

How it works

From hail storm to fixed in 4 steps

You stay in charge of your claim. We bring the evidence, the estimate, and the crew.

  1. 1

    Free inspection

We inspect your roof and vehicles and document every hit with photos and measurements, usually within 24–48 hours.

  2. 2

You file, we back it up

You open the claim with your carrier. We hand you a detailed, line-item estimate and the photo report to support it.

  3. 3

    We meet the adjuster

We're on site when the adjuster comes out, showing the damage so nothing gets missed in the scope of repairs.

  4. 4

    We fix it right

Once approved, we schedule fast. Most roofs go on in a single day, weather permitting. Deductible is due at completion.

Straight talk

We're your roofer, not your adjuster. That's the point.

Texas law draws a clear line: contractors can't act as public adjusters, and nobody can legally skip your deductible. Storm chasers blur that line. We don't. We bring the evidence and the expertise; you stay in control of your claim.

FAQ

Questions we hear every storm season

Is the inspection really free? +

Yes. Roof or vehicle, there's no charge and no obligation. You get a photo report of what we found either way, and if there's no real damage, we'll tell you that too.

Repair or replace: how do you decide? +

It comes down to how widespread the damage is and the age and type of your roof. Scattered damage on a newer roof can sometimes be repaired. Widespread bruising, cracked shingles, and granule loss usually mean replacement. Your adjuster makes the coverage call; we show them exactly what's there.

How long does a roof replacement take? +

Most residential roof replacements are finished in a single day, weather permitting. We handle cleanup and a final walkthrough before we leave.

Do you install metal roofs? +

Yes. We install metal and steel roofing systems, which stand up to Central Texas hail and heat far better than standard shingles. Ask about impact-rated options when we inspect.

Will you cover or waive my deductible? +

No, and you should be wary of anyone who offers. Texas law requires you to pay your deductible, and it's illegal for a contractor to waive or absorb it. We collect it when the job is done, never upfront.

Can you tarp my roof right now? +

If you have an active leak, call us. We'll do emergency tarping to protect your home until permanent repairs can be made. Photograph any interior water damage for your records.

Hail hit? Get eyes on it before the next storm does.

Small hail damage turns into leaks, rust, and denied claims when it sits. A free inspection tells you exactly where you stand.
